You are invited to join Steps for Strong Bones® and be part of a national effort to increase awareness of osteoporosis and bone health while raising funds to support the National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF).

Pursuing your own fitness challenge. Walk anywhere, anytime and track your activities online .
Participating in an event near you. Find a Steps for Strong Bones® event or take part in a walk in your community.
Starting a team with your family, friends or co-workers.
Organizing a walk in your community. Contact Kris House at events@nof.org or call 202-721-6376 to find out how.
Steps for Strong Bones® is FREE to join and you can track your daily activities on-line, receive bone health tips and recipes and learn more about osteoporosis.
