Stressed and Depressed- Part 2.  Last spring our session on stress and depression was booked to capacity.  Obviously this is a subject which touches close to home for a lot of people.  Our behavioral health experts  agreed to come back and talk to us again about how to identify and take care of depression and stress.   As the long days of winter and holiday stress loom ahead lets get prepared to take good care of our emotional selves.
